An act of random aggression, usually a slap to the face. Typically exhibited after drinking multiple mandarin Stoli and tonics. Participant will generally turn slightly, raise their hand then slap the shit out of you. Recipient is left feeling helpless and with hurt feelings.
I was sitting at the bar minding my own business and all of a sudden this chick next to me R.V.N.'d me right in the face. Do I have a black eye?
