Saggy Salsa Sleeve

The act of filling a non-english speaking woman's vagina and/or rectum with hot salsa then dipping tortilla chips into the designated area and then you proceed to force-feed the chips to her.

Note: the woman must be upside down in order to keep the salsa from dripping out.
