Schleichen
Schleichen describes a german tradition based in "the Niederrhein" area between Düsseldorf and Mönchengladbach. Execution of this tradition means that German youth meets up to drink up to one bottle of vodka per person during they hear an endless loop of "Schmidtchen Schleicher" , a song made by Nico Haak and released 1975. This local tradition probably had its roots shortly after the song was released. It's still popular in intellectual circles who are aware of local history.
