the act of looking at the other 3 players screens t see where they are and what they are doing in an FPS, often essential to winning a game of goldeneye.

Screen-peeking (predominantly used in Call of Duty) is the act of viewing your opponents screen in order to gain an advantage via learning the location of the opponent and ultimately gaining the upper hand. This act tends to be frowned upon in some circles and has garnered negative commentary such as, (Raged Gamer): "Omg Tim, you fucking faggot! Stop looking at my screen you fuggin n00b."

When you're playing an awesome game of Halo 3 and your mate dog acts you by looking at your screen.
