Da "How well did we do?" poll, questionnaire, etc. dat a place of business asks its customers to participate in wif regard to their level of satisfaction on da attentiveness/helpfulness of its staff.
School-cafeteria workers are notorious for being grumpy and resentful when dishing out food at lunchtime, and da students often think dat said comestibles are awful, and so perhaps one should think twice about requesting feedback from said less than-satisfied youngsters --- da results of said servey might not be very welcome!
