The ability of an individual to use their hands and/or other extremities with ease and skill to sexually pleasure themselves or someone else.
A person has above average sexual dexterity if he/she can do more than three of the following while simultaneously jacking themselves and/or someone else off: take it in the ass, face, vagina, tits, thighs, feet, toes, hands, or elbow crack.
