Shadow flippin’
The lit AF practice of signing a contract to purchase a crib and then reselling – or assigning — that contract for more commas before the sale closes. This can happen multiple times in one deal, earning multiple points for the realtor, who in some cases may also be one of the interim buyers. Shadow flippin’ is more common in overheated real estate markets such as Vancouver, Canada.
Marsha made some major coin shadow flippin’ a crib she originally copped for $2-milly but quickly sold for $2.5-million.
