Shaku Shaku is a style of dance in Nigeria popularized by Street pop acts such as Slim Case, Small Doctor, Olamide, Idowest, Mr Real, Obadice. It involves rhythmic movement of the legs in a side to side leg-over fashion while the hand could gyrate in any manner but mostly crossed forward like its clipped in an handcuff.

Shaku Shaku is a genre of music that first popped out in Nigeria. It's built around instrumentals which are always uptempo. The genre comes with its own style of dance step and gave rise to words like oshozondi and Saint Sami-Ganja.
