Shitmaxxing
A strategy used to build bodily mass, in which one holds in his/her feces in to increase the productivity from a workout. The goal of shitmaxxing is to hold your feces in until you're at least finished with your workout. The longer one holds his/her shit in, the larger the gains. The basic theory behind shitmaxxing is that the uncomfortable feeling caused by holding your feces in incites a flight or fight reaction, leading to an increase in testosterone and adrenaline production. This in turn leads to more reps, more sets, longer sessions and more gains.
I started shitmaxxing and my gains increased by ~27%. Gaining mass has never been easier!
