The Shitopian is someone who is on meth or heroin and enjoys the act of pooping as in defecating and using the product shit or ektoplasim to smear all over their bodies 2 use as a sexual lubricant and as they do so they also consume it , eating it like cupcakes and licking it off of each others body.
