(A Shittie Acosta): Is defined when a man perforates his bowel and shits in a bowl in order to mix ass blood and feces together for him to consume. Then puts an ad on grinder advertising his blood and stool lubricated rectum for use by multiple men. He then attempts to stay concious from all the blood loss to count how many loads he can take before he passes out.
