Definition:

1.

A word which refers to an individual who is excessively slothish and slacks in class. Often used by high school history teachers in the American Midwest. These teachers often talk way too much.

2.

Person who vaguely resembles former Russian Leader, Mikhail Gorbachev.
"You're a shlupus."

"I once was at a local Krispy Kreme restraunt when I saw a man buying a Powder Glazed Chocolate Doughnut Cake whilst updating his Instagram about said Krispy Kreme treat. This man was a shlupus.
