Belcarra
A small village in the west of Ireland, home to some of the hardest drinkers in all of Mayo.Daily scenes in the village include Garda cars and young lads racing in tractors and smoking rollies. The village is riddled with miserable elderly people (usually women) that have nothing better to do then give out about the youth and sit at their windows all day hoping to find the young fellas up to something so they can call the pigs. The main attraction in this village is an ould cottage with a battering ram where the brits pulled some lads out their gaff.A typical outfit of the belcarraman is a Mchales jacket, work pants and a pair of boots.
Don’t give him cheek lad he’s from Belcarra.
