Simultaneously provoking both wariness and affection by virtue of dubious, dangerous, cheap, trashy or otherwise questionable qualities. This word is a portmanteau between "sketchy" and "kitschy."
Seeking an authentic experience whilst in the Town, Arthur Mac availed himself of the skitschy little Church's Chicken on MacArthur. He was robbed forthwith, but enjoyed the biscuits tremendously.
