skoliosexual
a potential sexual attraction to non-binary identified individuals. This does not generally describe an attraction to specific genitalia or birth assignments but rather is an inclusive term.
"I’m not really into binary men or women. I’m skoliosexual."
Skoliosexual
Not a good term to use, roots from meanings such as "bent", often associated with fetishizing and is problematic. Other definitions include attractions to non binary people and binary trans persons, coming off as fetishizing and transphobic (separating binary trans people from their genders that they are and treating them like a 3rd gender). This term also comes off as fetishizing to non binary persons and can often lead to objectification of non binary, and binary trans persons and bodies.
Better terms to use include the following :
Ceterosexual sounding similar to heterosexual however, is only for non binary people attracted to other non binary people. Its inclusive and an umbrella term that is without the negative connotations of skoliosexual.
Another one is allotroposexual. Whilst ceterosexual is a specific identity for non binary persons, allotroposexual is an option open for cisgendered people to use. Though the argument of fetishizing may also be used against this, it is better than skoliosexual as it does not have the negative connotations of skoliosexual, does not objectify the trans community, does not separate binary trans persons from their genders, and does not come of as fetishizing as the other does.
