Smehkaleen

Smehkaleen is an interjection meaning "Oh my god!" or "Holy crap!"  It can be
used in cases of extreme surprise, happiness, and irritation to work as either
an exclamation or swear.  While the word is versatile, it should be used
sparingly in cases of utter ridiculousness
