This is a sexual act where the male genitalia is placed over the female face in such a fashion as to facilitate the female tongue traveling from the males anus, over the "Taint-Meat" to the scrotum and finally creating a suction on the base of the penis but going no further.

The action is then repeated again and again, creating a smignasty.
