Societal Apoptosis
To pervert consciously or unconsciously a marginalized group to the point that they become instruments of their own destruction with the end goal being the programmed destruction of that marginalized group.
The Jewish community during 1930's Europe were victims of Societal Apoptosis at the hands of the Nazis and in today's society, black and brown citizens in impoverished parts of America experience Societal Apoptosis at the hands of local, state, and federal government.
