A diet that uses ingredients of mainly of plain rice, nuts seeds, no fat or sugar and very little meat to save money

The diet of the average college student, which usually consist of rations or whatever an individual can scrounge up. This typically causes the student to lose copious amounts of weight and border on starvation.
