Spouseperger’s Syndrome
A disorder in which an individual suspects that their spouse suffers from Asperger’s Syndrome, when the supposedly suspicious behavior, while possibly annoying, is not characteristic of Asperger’s Syndrome.
“My husband never puts the silverware in the dishwasher the right way. I think he has Asperger’s!”
“That’s ridiculous. It sounds more like you have Spouseperger’s Syndrome.”
