A person(boy/girl/non-binary or more) who is very awkward yet loud around people,usually like art and are most likely to grow up and not know what they are going to be.
Example:
Person:hey,what is your name?
Staciiey:I'm staciiey!
Person:oh! May I see your artwork?
Staciiey:yes! How did you know I drew?
Person:oh,most staciiey's are!
