A combination of STD and "Dino", a Spanish form of the name "Dean".
Used to insult, primarily, Americans named Dean by insinuating that they are dirty and have a sexually transmitted disease or other unsavory ailment.
Also customary is one person saying the letter "S" followed by the letter "T", and then a second person saying "DEANO" upon sight of the offending person named Dean.
