Street Spaghetti

The act of twirling a fork through the overgrowth of pubic hair surrounding a woman's vagina, and proceeding to slurp it down like a forkful of your Italian friend's homemade spaghetti. Referred to as "Mozzarella Street Spaghetti" if the woman has crabs.
