A serious condition when a person finds themselves unable to revise, study or concentrate on school work. Generally involves procrastination, spending time uselessly and using every excuse to avoid doing any work.

student's block
When a student attempts to begin an assignment (project, paper, reading, math, etc.) and can make no progress.
