Example 1.
Suggestio falsi is a technique used in a kangaroo court to gain the upper hand in a divorce or to apply for a restraining order to kick the landlord out of their own house.
Example 2.
When a girlfriend lies to get things the way they want using techniques like Suggestio falsi to get their way.
Whereas everything a man says has to be proven or must be accompanied by a citation or it gets discounted completely. This is an example of female priviledge.
Example 3.
Suppose you are completely innocent and pleading your case in a court of law, the defendant is asked "If there was any physical domestic violence towards them in the past" and they come up with a calculated ambiguous answer, "Not recently".
What they are meaning is that not at all anything like that happened, however, in order to win the case or win over the jury in a kangaroo court what one means with this suggestio falsi is to intentionally cast reasonable doubt by implying something may have happened in the past.
