Noun. White trash. Low class. From hillbilly Ozark, southern Appalachia, used in north Arkansas, north Alabama in the 20th century as a name for someone with poor manners, bad taste, or poor upbringing.
Those Joneses are all a bunch of suggins: they keep their pigs in the front yard and they only come to church on Easter and Christmas!
