a person given responsibility over fellow employees who lacks a sense of moral responsibility, has a grandiose sense of self worth (dispite being promoted because of cronyism or nepotism) lack of empathy for fellow employees, lack of realistic self examination, failure to accept responsibilty for own actions. 99% of supervisoropaths suffer from narcissism and have psychopathic tendicies
