Surrobooker
The act of agreeing to positively represent someone, an organization, or a cause (I.E., to serve as a proxy, delegate, or surrogate) and then to completely undermine that role by speaking ill of, trashing, or otherwise exposing the inherent fallacy of the message you were supposed to communicate to a larger audience (E.G., telling the truth or cogently disseminating the opposing viewpoint's argument).
Sally: What's wrong Jon?
Jon: I asked Mike to tell my boss that I was going to be late because I had an emergency dentist appointment. Instead he sends an email to the whole office saying that hearing me wine about getting up early because I'm hungover from last night's fundraiser is completely nauseating.
Sally: Sounds like you got Surrobookered!
