The person usually tilts their computer screen to a 39% angle, turns the volume down, and their dominant hand will be on their mouse or trackpad, clicking or dragging rapidly, and their other hand will usually be stationed above the WASD or arrow keys. This usually applies to gamers. Sometimes they might laugh spontaneously.
