tabacogle
A dish traditionally prepared by stuffing toppings such as ground seasoned beef, seasoned chicken, shredded cheese, beans, and an assortment of vegetables between layers of a sliced bagel. May be served crisp ('crunchy') or untoasted ('soft'). May be served with accompaniments such as guacamole or tomato-based salsas.
Rather than prepare two dishes, we brought an assortment of tabacogles to both the bris and the Quinceañera.
