Tactical Ping
When someone is lagging (mostly in fps games) so much, that it benefits them, it's normally seen when the person isn't moving, can't take damage, but can damage you and other players.
Person 1: This person isn't moving, and I can't hurt them, but they keep killing me!
Person 2: They Probably have Tactical Ping
Person 2: They Probably have Tactical Ping
