Take a Red
Older terminology meaning to "calm down" or "chill out." Used primarily when someone is freaking out over something that does not deserve the tantrum.
"Whoa, take a couple deep breaths and take a red man."

Taking the Red Pill
Getting someone high for the first time who had previously been skeptical or fearful of weed. If you watch the film "The Matrix", you'll see that Morpheus' speech to Neo about taking the Red Pill can apply almost perfectly to that situation.
