The ruling class noticed cows produced more meat when and ate greater quantities if they free roamed. The ruling class then opened the gates. in-equality and division in social classes. As women started gaining rights, the Ruling class created agencies, used law enforcement, legislative acts, and laws to make sure the heard pays its dues to the owners of the farm etc etc...
