A Testicular Coma occurs whenever one is slammed in their wingus so hard that their testicles fly up into their body and hit their brain, causing it to bounce around the skull and ultimately suspending the victim in a coma.
Do you remember that movie with the shark dingus and george lopez robot form, where that one dumbshit kid was climbing rope on the playground and got nutsacked by the ropes, and then got his jounral stolen like a fucking retard - thus leading to a testicular coma.
