Ditching

To ditch somebody is to leave them behind without warning.

To get rid of or give up on something or someone without their knowledge or consent probably when you are tired of that thing or person

When you make plans with someone to do something but then after you made the plans you cancel them and do something else with a different person. Some people think ditching is when you invite someone somewhere and they can't come but it's not.

Run away from, abandon, someone/a situation, usually not a good thing. Usually without one's knowledge.

Not sticking to the original plans you had already made with someone.

To leave something that is not finished.
To ditch a person is to leave them;
prefabley to run in the opposite direction!

1) when someone leaves a group/party to go to another party or group of people
2)When someone says no to 1 person but yes to another person to a party or hanging out on the same day
3) forgetting about something purposefully
