Save the Last Dance
Helps explains the phenomenon where women or men date people their not interested in committing to, while having a person that they plan to commit to later.
I think I really, REALLY like Dillon, but I’m not ready for something serious. I’ll think I’ll date around but save the last dance for Dillon; if you know what I mean.
Last Dance of The Demon
A dance used when a gang leader, or a highly respected member of a high tier gang is caught by the police. This dance has been seen a couple of times, although it's very hard to preform. This dance notifies other gang members to avenge or take revenge for their leader/high rank member using gang violence.
There are also other names for this, such as The Last Dance or the Last Demon Dance; either way, it all means the same thing.
The dance to normal civilians seems silly, or foolish/flashy move that's ''unnecessary'' although for people in a gang or with gang knowledge they would understand right away, that's why this move was created.

random civilian: The Last Dance of The Demon is pretty flashy.
mary jane's last dance
Godsend of a song by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers that super-personifies "the last toke".
excerpt & interpretation from mary jane's last dance:
SHE MOVED DOWN HERE,
AT THE AGE OF 18,
SHE BLEW THEM BOYS AWAY,
WAS MORE THAN THEY'D SEEN.
the indiana boys' first toke
I WAS INTRODUCED AND WE BOTH STARTED GROOVIN'.
Tom's (?) first toke
SHE SAID I DIG YA BABY BUT I GOT TO BE MOVIN,
ON.
KEEP MOVIN' ON.
he liked it because it treated him well
eventually, though, he has to give it up:
LAST DANCE WITH MARY JANE,
ONE MORE TIME TO KILL THE PA-AIN.
come on
I FEEL SUMMER CREEPIN' IN,
AND I'M,
TIRED OF THIS TOWN AGA-AIN.
kind of confusing personification. here's my guess:
"summer"=best time of the year; most comfortable weather
therefore "summer" is the euphoric high, slowing "creeping" into his system
"town"=could be a lot of things:
1) the boring indiana town, whose boredom he escapes through smoking, however, more likely:
2) the "down" state; not being high (could be an anagram?)
that should get you guys started. this is taking forever and i have class. figure the rest out on your own.

"Save the Last Dance"-ing it
When an awkward upper middle class caucasian person pursues their dream and ends up immersed in a another cultures social or cultural event, causing them to stick out like a sore thumb.
"The tall white guy playing the saxaphone was totally "Save the Last Dance"-ing it with that band last night"
