A good example can be found in a lot of Eric Cartman monologues and dialogues. This is achieved in its utmost glory when accompanied by sloth-like gluttony and maybe a marlboro red. If you should ever text this, the correct spelling to represent a fat persons B is (B!). this implies the cheeks have swollen with air and pelted its recipient with verbal obesity.
