The Tracheotomy

The fourth hole. Created when said male pounds the throat of his female so hard that it opens up the fourth female oriface, called The Tracheotomy.

When something becomes lodged in ones throat to the point it impedes breathing. An emergency surgery is then performed by cutting through the trachea and into the windpipe. a tube is then inserted into the windpipe for the person to breath. This can also happen for severe anaphylactic shock.
