释义

this is where

Looking at a clock on the wall at school *tick tock tick tock*, Yu was thinking, "time goes by so quickly, it is already 4:21 p.m. Wonder if Jin has already done with his exam. Maybe, I should go check now.."

Walking down the usual hall where she could see where or not Jin has left, she felt disappointed because she could not see Jin anywhere, "Hmmm he did not wait for me. He did not look for me. He did not miss me like I have missed him. Jin Jin Jin Jin Jin!!!!!"

Suddenly, out of nowhere, Jin appeared in front of Yu. He was walking toward Yu's direction. They met at a crossroad once again. It was a pleasant surprise that caused Yu to have that (!) moment again when she could not normally react like a human being.. Jin glanced quickly at Yu. Then looked down to his phone. Then, he looked up.

Yu mumbled, "Oh shii....Jesus Alah Buddha Aladdin Alibaba"

Jin: *??!* What are you mumbling? Are you casting a spell on me or something?

Yu: ...! Oh noo... I am just thinking out loud. How was your exam? (In her mind, she was thinking *ahh you asked the school bus to move away this time to fool me into thinking that you have already left :| ... You got me big this time. If you walked faster, then I would have bumped into you too, Jin Jin :)*

Jin: I aced that silly exam, like always. :) Anyway, I gotta go home now. My buddy is hungry.
Yu: Who's that buddy?
Jin: My stomach 😂

Yu just stood there and looked at Jin as he ran to the door. *Jin, I have missed you. My tears are rolling down on my face again*

Meanwhile, Jin wondered why Yu did not follow him. He turned around and checked one more time as he was walking toward the bus. 'Hmm nothing", he whispered, "you don't miss me like I have missed you?"

Yu: What are you saying? 🤭

Jin: Ooh Jesus Christ, scare the hell out of me. Where did you just randomly land from? I thought you were ways behind me.. Are you following me? 🤔

Yu: *lol* no haha, this is where .. I parked my car.

to where (it's)

(idiom) an informal expression used to express that something has changed--usually for the worse--or that situation has developed into a particular state of affairs

Cultural context: "To where (it's)" is an effective and efficient communication tool. However, there is a socio-economic divide regarding it's usage. The expression is most often employed by yokels, commonfolk, and blue collar types. It is rarely used by their highly educated white collar counterparts because the phrase is foreign to some and consciously eschewed by others (e.g. the factions of yuppie douchebags who think their shit don't stink and pedantic stick-up-their-ass intellectuals who cherish proper grammar and strive to speak in paragraph form.)
"to where": The shift supervisor is never satisfied with our production numbers no matter how much we exceed target. It's gotten to where we're asking ourselves why we even try anymore...

"to where (it's)": Sure, the Mustang still runs like a raped ape, but sometimes the transmission sticks to where it's nearly impossible to short-shift on the drag strip.

where to

Welsh expression for "where is it?" or "where are you?"
Where is Pete to, or where is the club to

Where it's at

A term used to give an indirect importance to a noun. The word "it" obviously refers to what the person is referring to in general context as in:

"The Club? Down two streets, and take a left. On Sherbrooke street is where it's at."

But, it can be used when "it" hasn't been specified and the user merely intends to give it prime importance, such as:
"Simple Plan? No way, they suck big cock. The Rasmus is where it's at now."

no where

A compilation of all of the places a loaner has been and lived.
