A thot, or whore, who is either ugly or is plain and common. Also acceptable: a thot who is just a straight-up bitch. Someone you probably don't want to be seen with.
Alexis: Did you see him walking around with that snaggle-toothed woman??
Jae: You bet--he can't score more than that old thot dog.
