Thulsee

Thulsee means a person who has a big heart and a broad mind. In Sanskrit 'thulsith' means broad-minded. That person takes decisions from the heart and the mind both, when necessary. A person who knows to think wisely, intelligently but quickly takes correct decisions. Also, in India Thulsee is a sacred herb that is being worshipped by them.
