a way for the ultra groups to show their support for a football team. usually accomplished through scarves, huge drapes with logos on it, or through fireworks.
many fanatic supporters display their tifo before the match.

When somebody speaks as if they know what they are talking about, but in reality does not know what they are saying. Aka when someone is “full of shit.”
Tuan is such a TIFOS because he pretends and talks like he knows what he’s saying.
