toal nob

Toal Nob, refers to someone that is a toal(total) nob(nob). The word nob means someone that sucks at what they are doing. So you are saying that someone is totaly sucking at what they are doing. (PS. I use it 2 times, like toal nob, toal nob to enphasize the point.
