Adjective: Used to describe someone acting challenged, mentally ill, or simply retarded.
Origin: "TikTok'd" and popularized by Your Mom's House Podcast.
The term originated from the high number of Tiktok users that act like retards in their videos. It is most often used in place of the term retarded in a facetious showing of political correctness.
The guy in that video was spewing complete nonsense. He's definitely tok'd.

Tik Tok'd

Someone who is lacking mental abilities or to behaving in a ridiculous manner.
After observing a woman eating relish from a jar and talking about their sister being in need of extraction from a mountain: "That chick is for sure Tik Tok'd"

Tok'd out

Tok’d out - adjective
Definition of Tok’d out
1: someone who spends a large amount of time on the TikTok platform
2: someone who derives their sense of self from to being on the TikTok platform.

3: someone who has developed a drastically over inflated ego from TikTok platform use.
She's not putting down her phone, she's Tok'd out.
