tongue chowder
the mass of gunk collected at the blade end of a tongue scraper after a few successful passes. So named because of the often white to yellow hue and thickness of the gunk.
Dentist: "Billy, your teeth and gums look marvelous, but I recommend you start using a tongue scraper to remove that abundance of tongue chowder you have accumulated through the years. It will rid you of that bad breath you have told me about."
Billy: "Sure thing, doc."
