Aalling
The characteristic of being "aalling" means being of great dependance and determination. The aalling in the group will not necessarily lead, but refuse to be lead like a helpless child. They will follow along, and make sure, their tasks are done to perfection.
James is like the aalling of the group. He does what he needs to do, and does everything they way it should. You can count on him.
