1)Used when u disagree with someone or u dont like their words or idea
2)And it use when wanna say shut the hell up
3)use to humble and insult some one and saying

that u dont care a shit about their words and they r nothing compare to u

Bishin binim baw is the same slang as , bishin binim baba , and have same meaning, but the difference is bishin binim baw is more conversational and hooliganism and street way.
The literally translation is : bishin(sit) binim(see) baw(also baba=daddy=father)
+Why we say this?

Cause baba also has the same meaning as dude beside father
When u say this it means sit tight on ur seat and i dont wanna see u speak so don't speak cause i dont want to heard anything more about this from u
