when one male inadvertantly catches another male jacking off he has been given a "Tuskegee Puppet Show". This move can also be construed as an offensive tactic by a male a la an armadillo to shock an impending practical joke and subvert it.
"I was getting ready to toss a firecracker into Strouse's shower but he saw me sneaking up his steps and set me up with a Tuskegee Puppet Show."
