A gay or effeminate man, or a young man regarded as an object of homosexual desire, usually a “bottom”.

An attractive, boyish-looking, young gay man. The stereotypical twink is 18-22, slender with little or no body hair, often blonde, dresses in club wear even at 10:00 AM, and is not particularly intelligent. A twink is the gay answer to the blonde bimbo cheerleader.

There are two major theories about the origin of this word, both of which probably have elements of truth to them.

a) Twink comes from an acronym T.W.I.N.K. "Teenage, White, Into No Kink."

b) Twink is a shortening of the name for the famous "TWINKIE" snack cake: a tasty, cream-filled snack with no nutritional value. The phallic shape of the "TWINKIE" snack cake should not escape the reader's attention.

A "twink" is a young adult who maybe attributed with attractiveness, slime to average build, and a more youthful appearance. Twinks usually, but not always, inhibit signs of homosexuality.

A "twink" is usually considered a homosexual bottom male with cute boyish qualities. Often thought as a young, white, fashionable male.

Literally, this is a young, androgynous-looking boy who enjoys being sexually dominated by older/stronger men.

Sarcastically, it is a small, possibly effeminate or non-confrontational male friend.

A young, cute, happy, smooth-bodied, slender, carefree, innocent-looking boy who is either gay OR bi. Twinks are NOT stupid, NOT annoying, and they don't have to be blonde either. And contrary to hetero opinion, it's VERY cool to be a twink, and people who say they disagree are probably jealous.
