unlogonable
Any device or website that becomes inoperable or unavailable to a registered user for no apparent reason. For example, a service provider makes changes to its systems without notification, leaving the user unable to log in. Without knowing how to solve the problem the user blames herself rather than the provider. Ultimately, the user will find a solution but, in the interim, the device or website is “unlogonable.”
Person 1: I keep trying to log in to my iPhone, but it keeps locking me out. The screen says I have to wait 1,231,000 hours before I can try again!
Person 2: I think your phone is “unlogonable.” Your best best solution may be to toss it down the stairs and see if Apple will replace it under AppleCare.
